On 27th to 29th May 2019 the next edition of the TranSopot Scientific Conference will be held. The motto of this year’s edition is: “The challenges of transport development in the 21st century”.
The TranSopot 2019 conference is a continuation of the meetings devoted to the growth directions of the transport sector which have been organized at the Faculty of Economics, University of Gdansk since 1992. The goal of this event is to create a platform for the exchange of thoughts and a discussion on the modern development directions of the transport sector. The conference integrates the scientific circles and the business practitioners. The program of the conference includes:
- Discussions during the plenary and thematic sessions devoted to problem areas such as: sustainable transport development, economic aspects of innovation and technical development of transport, transport companies – survival factors and areas of growth, urban mobility;
- Debate with the business practitioners;
- Panels for young academics;
- Study visit to Słowińskie Coast.
