PSEZ – Recruitment for free industry training is underway

306 people have a chance to take advantage of free training under the project “Competences of the Industry of the Future”. Under the watchful eye of experienced staff, Pomeranian residents will be able to train, among others programming and operation of the 3D printing process, programming of ABB and FANUC industrial robots, CAD 3D or welding with the MAG-135 method

The project of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone is aimed at employees of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, employed on the basis of an employment contract, commission and cannon, as well as sole proprietorships. Priority in recruitment is given to people with secondary education and over 25 years of age. Training participants have a chance to gain new experience, improve their competences, or get a new job.

– The task of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone is the economic development of the region, but it will not be possible without well-educated staff. Our main goal is to support both employees and employers who suffer from a lack of well-qualified staff. Importantly, the project offers full-fledged training, which ends with an exam and obtaining a certificate – explains Damian Orzeł, the project coordinator.

The number of places is limited. Those interested in training may apply to the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone at the address of the project coordinator: d.orzel@strefa.gda.pl

The project is carried out under Priority Axis 5. Employment, Measure 5.5 Lifelong learning of the Regional Operational Program of the Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2014-2020 co-financed by the European Social Fund.
