Gdańsk University of Technology and PGE Baltica open studies in the offshore area

PGE Baltica is implementing the project to build the Baltica Offshore Wind Farm, the largest offshore wind farm in the Polish part of the Baltic Sea. There is already a new specialization in the field of ocean engineering: design and construction of marine energy systems.

PGE Baltica has signed a contract at the Hydromechanics Laboratory at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding at the Gdańsk University of Technology.

The studies last three semesters. The lectures will be conducted, among others, by scientists and wind energy specialists from PG, IMP PAN and DTU as well as experienced experts from PGE Baltica. Scholarships for students, internships at PGE Baltica, study visits and trips to wind farms are planned.
