Passenger ship owners can achieve revenues of as much as USD 90 billion in 2027. This will be the case if the market grows as fast as in 2022.

The development of the maritime tourism market and passenger traffic is also a great opportunity for the ports in Gdynia, Gdańsk and Szczecin, which have a good position on the Baltic Sea. However, they still need better marketing so that the ships moor with us for more than half a day.

The nautical tourism market is starting to recover. Sea travel is becoming more accessible and diversified. More than two centuries have passed since the richest went to the seas and oceans by sailing ships and then by steamboats. The development of the size and types of passenger ships can be observed in the iconography developed by HMY Yachts. Today, sea travel has become available even to passengers with average wallets. Market development forecasts show that there will be no shortage of sea tourists.
