Green Energy Tricity: Green transformation as an opportunity for the economy
Experts from business and science debated the topics of energy efficiency, renewable energy sources, electricity storage, heat storage, hydrogen technologies and wind energy for two days. These topics were discussed during the first Green Energy Tricity (GET) conference. The conference took place in Gdańsk at the Amberexpo Exhibition and Congress Center on September 26–27, 2023.
The conference was opened by Dariusz Jachowicz, president of the ASE Technology Group.
ASE is the organizer of the event. The special guests included: the chairman of the Economic Shadow Cabinet of BCC, Dr. Janusz Steinhoff, the deputy marshal of the board of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, Leszek Bonna, the vice-president of Gdańsk, Piotr Borawski, the vice-president of the board of BCC and chancellor of the Gdańsk Lodge, Maciej Dobrzyniecki, and the chancellor of the Toruń Lodge and vice-president of the board of BCC, Zbigniew Wyszogrodzki.
The partners of the Green Energy Tricity Conference were Mercor SA and CIVITTA. The conference was held under the honorary patronage of the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The organizer of the GET conference is the ASE Technology Group, which has many years of experience in projects related to renewable energy sources and hydrogen technologies. The event was also attended by, among others: companies from the group: Biproraf, Projmors, Eko-Konsult, Elmech-ASE, ASE Offshore, ASE ATEX. The speakers included: representatives of Orlen, Polenergia, Goodvalley Agro, MAN Energy Solutions, Calvera Hydrogen, PZU LAB and RPOW Consulting.
