POSIDONIA 2024

The Hellenic Maritime Cluster includes not only shipping companies and maritime tourism. Banks, classification societies, law firms, shipbrokers, ship registries and insurers are a strong part of the maritime business in Greece.
There are many production and repair shipyards in the Greek maritime cluster. Ships for the merchant fleet and the Hellenic Navy are manufactured and repaired in the shipbuilding industry. There are approximately 4,000 Greek ships worth over 1,000 grt in the Greek shipping cluster.
Posidonia is more than an exhibition. Posidonia Week 2024 includes many thematic conferences, seminars and technical workshops. One of the national conferences will be Polish Day at Posidania 2024. Posidonia 2024 will again host the Tradewinds Shipowners Forum at the Posidonia Conference Hall on Tuesday 4 June.
Many Greek and international shipowners and shipping managers are participating in the Posidonia 2024 event. The Greek Maritime Cluster brings together over 5,000 companies established or represented in Greece. There are 75 operators in Greece with fleets exceeding 1 million dwt each, and 64 fleets consisting of 20 or more vessels.
