Port of Gdańsk – a 27-hectare property near the Baltic Hub container terminal

The Port of Gdansk has announced a tender for a 27-hectare property with access to the Ore Pier. This is an area of ​​the port located in the outer port close to the Bay of Gdansk and the entrance to Naftoport from the sea. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the largest container terminal on the Baltic Sea, Balic Hub.

The area has a building permit under the name “Construction of the Transshipment and Storage Terminal in the Northern Port in Gdańsk, together with technical infrastructure and demolition of building structures”. The permit covers the construction of railway tracks, parking, roads and hydrotechnical infrastructure for mooring ships and the infrastructure necessary for storage and transshipment. Here, the investor can build facilities and infrastructure intended for production and services.
