ECHOGRAM has completed the first stage of the survey campaign in Kashubia, focusing on bathymetric and photogrammetric mapping using unmanned boats and drones.
The work targeted connection zones between lakes – key areas for planning future waterway links. The data will support analysis of potential inland route expansions.
Late winter / early spring is perfect for this type of survey – minimal vegetation above and below water means cleaner photogrammetry and echosounder data.
