The deadline for submitting bids for the construction of the Outer Port is September 30, 2026.
The tender process for the construction of the Outer Port is being conducted under a Public-Private Partnership formula. The selected bidder will finance a significant portion of the work (approximately PLN 5 billion).

The Outer Port project is being implemented under a public-private partnership formula.
The private partner will construct the terminal and contribute financing, know-how, operational experience, and technological solutions to the project.
The company that builds the terminal will be jointly responsible for its long-term operation.
The Port of Gdynia Authority S.A. will select the project that includes a bid based on a resilient and efficient business model.
