Nauta signed an agreement under which the shipyard took over the SD I dry dock. On November 21, 2023, Nauta The repair shipyard used the dock in Gdynia on a lease basis.

The owner of the dry dock in Gdynia was the Polish state-owned Industrial Development Agency. Ship repairs performed in the dry dock in Gdynia enable ship repair work to be carried out, which generates 1/3 of Nauta’s revenues. The SD I dock with dimensions of 240 x 40 meters is located in the Port of Gdynia.

The SD I dry dock, 240 meters long, 40 meters wide and 8 meters deep, was built in 1962. From 1963, it was used by Gdynia Shipyards to build fishing vessels, bulk carriers, small carriers and small container ships.
