Michelin with a simulator from Flint Systems

The world-renowned tire manufacturer, Michelin, has acquired a forklift training simulator utilizing VR technology from Flint Systems. The simulator was purchased by Michelin Polska Sp. z o.o. and is located in Olsztyn, where it serves forklift operators in enhancing their skills and training new personnel.

The innovative VR simulator offers highly realistic training, thus enhancing the programs for forklift operators. Thanks to realistic simulations and interactive scenarios, employees can now undergo comprehensive training in a safe and controlled virtual environment.

The order for Michelin Polska Sp. z o.o., besides delivering the forklift simulator, also involved transferring the company’s warehouse halls into virtual reality. This allows forklift operators to learn to operate in the same conditions they will encounter in reality.

By incorporating VR technology into their training programs, Michelin aims to improve safety, efficiency, and overall performance in its operations. This investment reflects Michelin’s commitment to employee development and workplace safety.

“We are excited to collaborate with Michelin in revolutionizing their training initiatives,” said Grzegorz Szatkowski, Vice President of the Board at Flint Systems. “As the Vice President of Flint Systems, I am delighted that our product, the forklift simulator, is receiving such a positive response in the market, with Michelin being the latest user of this simulator.”
