CRIST Offshore signs lucrative international contracts

 

CRIST Offshore, announced the conclusion of two significant contracts on an international scale. Both agreements are a significant step in the development of the company and confirm its rank as a leading supplier in the marine energy industry.

The first contract, worth PLN 90 million, was concluded with Aker BP – a renowned Norwegian energy company. The contract concerns the production and assembly of topside components for the Yggdrasil oil and gas production in the North Sea. CRIST Offshore will manufacture the Fusion A platform modules. The delivery includes the production of components of various weights, from 250 to 400 tons. The modules will be equipped with supporting structures for pipelines and passive fire protection. Production in the metal will begin in October and take a year.

CRIST Offshore has finalized another contract with Chantiers de l’Atlantique. CRIST Offshore will deliver approximately 100 tons of grillage to a French client for OSS (Offshore Supply Substation) transformer stations.

The construction of OSSs is a key element of the company’s long-term marketing strategy. CRIST Offshore achieves an impressive 65% local content. Therefore, the production of technologically advanced transformer stations has the potential to become a Polish specialization with a global reach.
