An on-line meeting of the International Executive Board (IAMU) was held on October 28-29 this year.  Rector of UMG prof. Master Mariner   Adam Weintrit declared the University’s readiness to coordinate the organization of a conference on maritime education and training in the  COVID-19 pandemic context. The IAMU Executive Council meeting was attended by representatives of ten maritime universities representing all regions of the world and the staff of the IAMU secretariat in Tokyo.
